Ourhom22cleans started with a simple idea: cleaning shouldn't feel like a risk, and booking one shouldn't be complicated either.
So we built something straightforward, a clear checklist followed on every job, upfront pricing instead of back-and-forth negotiation, and the same standard whether it's a quick tidy-up or a full deep clean.
That meant being upfront from the start, no vague estimates that change once someone's on site, no jargon-filled quotes that leave you guessing what's actually included. You know the price, the scope and the standard before anyone picks up a cloth.
It also meant being selective about who joins the team. Every cleaner goes through a proper vetting process, not just a quick chat, because the standard we promise only holds if the people delivering it are genuinely reliable.
Today those same principles apply to every booking, whether it's a weekly clean or a same-day job before a deadline. The checklist doesn't change, the care doesn't change, and the person you speak to if something's not right is a real person, not a script.
